Thanks for visiting TTT’s Privacy Policy. We’ve tried to organize it as clearly and as simply as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions or feedback.

This Policy describes the types of information we collect from you and how we use that information. It applies to any of the Services that TTT or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates provide. If you see a capitalized word, it’s defined in our terms of use.

We care about your privacy, so protecting your information – and being transparent about the ways we use it – is one of the core commitments we make to you. You entrust us with your information, and we take our responsibility to justify that trust, so here we help you understand how we use and share your personal information.

Information we collect.

In order for you to create an account on TTT and use our Services, we need to collect and process some of your information. Depending on your use of the Services, that may include:

Information that you provide by registering for an account on TTT, such as (in a case of player) your full name and surname, email address, login and password details, as well as information that you provide while making your profile (e.g. your photo, gender, age, nationality, height (cm) and weight (kg), status, playing style, spoken languages, country of residence, etc.). We will ask for this information if you sign up as a user of the Services, upload or submit any material through TTT, or request any information;

To make a purchase, you may need to provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card). Your payment information will be collected and processed by our authorized payment vendors. We do not directly collect or store credit or debit card numbers ourselves in the ordinary course of processing transactions. If you choose to make a purchase via bank transfer, you must provide the relevant bank account details.

Information about your activity on and interaction with TTT (such as your IP address, your operating system, device ID, the type of device or browser you use, and your actions on the site, like links clicked, user interaction);

Communications you send to us (for example, when you ask for support, send us questions or comments, or report a problem), or information you submit to TTT in the form of messages to other users, “following”, “favorites”, etc.

How we use this information.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

to provide TTT to you; to keep your account secure; to enable us to provide you with our Services, and to improve, promote, and protect our Services; to set up and administer your account, contact you, and customize your experience on TTT (for example, to show you offers that we think may interest you based on your previous use); to track use of the Services so that we can conduct research and development to improve TTT and develop further products that our users may be interested in; to prevent fraud and abuse on TTT.

Information that’s shared publicly.

When you create an account as a player, we create a profile page for you on TTT that can be visited only by registered users. Nonregistered users can see only your full name and surname, nationality, gender, age, and the date the account was created.

When you create an account as a coach, we create a profile page for you on TTT that can be visited only by registered users. Nonregistered users can see only you full name and surname, nationality, gender, age, and the date the account was created.

When you create an account as a club/academy, we create a profile page for you on TTT that can be visited only by registered users. Nonregistered users can see only you club's name, city and country of residence, league, and the date the account was created.

When you create an account as a sparring partner, we create a profile page for you on TTT that can be visited only by registered users. Nonregistered users can see only your full name and surname, nationality, gender, age, and the date the account was created.

Whenever your account name appears on TTT (for instance, when you send messages, follow users, etc.), registered users can click your account name and see your full profile. Please note that TTT lists the community of users who are registered. If you don’t want others to see your full name, profile image and other mandatory data on TTT, you can’t use our services.

Player.

Here are some of the information that will be publicly viewable to registered users on your player's profile, or elsewhere on TTT:

Photo, full name and surname, gender, age, nationality, height (cm) and weight (kg), status (professional or nonprofessional), playing style (left-handed or right-handed; shake-hand or penholder; offensive, defensive or all-round), the date profile was created, other information you choose to add to your profile apart from the required ones (e.g., ranking, current club name, league and country, names of the former clubs, whether you are or was a national team player, desired club’s name, league or country, willingness to accept trial period, availability date, annual contract, your results, equipment, videos, etc.), any comments you’ve posted on TTT, if you have “followed” other users on TTT, etc.

Coach.

Here are some of the information that will be publicly viewable to registered users on your coach profile, or elsewhere on TTT:

Photo, full name and surname, gender, age, nationality, the date profile was created, other information you choose to add to your profile apart from the required ones (e.g., diplomas, years of experience, current club/academy name, league, and country, names of the former clubs/academies, whether you are or was a national team player, desired position, team, category, league or country, willingness to accept trial period, availability date, annual contract, your results, videos, etc.), any comments you’ve posted on TTT, if you have “followed” other users on TTT, etc.

Club/Academy.

Here are some of the information that will be publicly viewable to registered users on your club's or academy profile, or elsewhere on TTT:

Club's or academy emblem, full name of the club/academy, city of club’s or academy residence, league in which club participates, country of club’s or academy residence, the date profile was created, other information you choose to add to your profile apart from the required ones (e.g., names of the responsible person(s) – president, secretary or contact person(s), required player’s or coaches’ gender, age, status, country, position, playing style, team, category, diplomas, experience, spoken languages, whether you ask for an acceptance of trial period, engagement date, annual contract, your results, videos, etc.), any comments you’ve posted on TTT, if you have “followed” other users on TTT, etc.

Sparring partner.

Here are some of the information that will be publicly viewable to registered users on your player's profile, or elsewhere on TTT:

Photo, full name and surname, gender, age, nationality, height (cm) and weight (kg), status (professional or nonprofessional), playing style (left-handed or right-handed; shake-hand or penholder; offensive, defensive or all-round), the date profile was created, other information you choose to add to your profile apart from the required ones (e.g., ranking, current club name, league and country, names of the former clubs, whether you are or was a national team player, desired club’s name, league or country, willingness to accept trial period, availability date, annual contract, your results, equipment, videos, etc.), any comments you’ve posted on TTT, if you have “followed” other users on TTT, etc.

Information that isn’t shared publicly.

The following data will not be publicly displayed or revealed to other users:

Your password details; Your IP address; Your e-mail address; Communications you send to us (for example, when you ask for support, send us questions or comments, or report a problem).

We never post anything to your Facebook, Twitter, or other third-party accounts without your permission. We do not and will not sell your data.

Information that’s shared with trusted third-party services.

We may share your information with certain trusted third-party services to help us provide, improve, promote, or protect TTT’s Services (like when we use services that help us manage our ads on other sites, analyze data trends). These companies may have access to personal information to perform their services and are obliged by contract to safeguard any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) they receive from us.

When we share data with third-party services that support our delivery of the TTT Services, we require that they use your information only for the purposes we’ve authorized, and that they protect your personal information at least to the same standards we do. We may also share information that’s aggregated and anonymized in a way that it doesn’t directly identify you.

We may disclose or transfer your data in connection with the sale, merger, bankruptcy, sale of assets or reorganization of our company. We will notify you if a different company receives your PII. The promises in this privacy policy apply to any data transferred to a new entity.

Information that’s shared with other users.

When you contact another user (e.g., player contacting a club, or club contacting a coach), the contacted user will know your account name, and will be able to see data you have provided on your public profile.

If you have contacted another user (e.g., player contacting a club, or club contacting a coach), the user will receive the email address associated with your TTT account into the email account they have provided. Any information you provide in private email exchange with others (for instance, your telephone number, mailing address, etc.) is your sole responsibility. TTT does not mediate in the exchanges between users, is not responsible for any agreements, and does not participate in money issues or contracts in any way.

Users who have made personal contact not mediated by TTT are expected and required to treat other users’ personal information with the same care and respect as our service does. TTT does not take responsibility for any violation of these expectations and requirements.

Information that’s shared to protect TTT & comply with the law.

We do reserve the right to disclose personal information when we believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or law enforcement, to prevent fraud or abuse, to protect security or integrity of TTT, or to protect TTT’s legal rights, property or safety of TTT, its employees, users or others. If we are going to release your data in any such case, we will do our best to provide you with notice in advance by email, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so.

Access to your information.

To modify or delete the personal information you’ve provided to us, please log in and update your profile on the settings pages. You can choose to stop sharing your personal information with us at any time either by unpublishing your public profile and thus removing TTT's and public access to your profile information (but still retaining your account), or by completely disabling your TTT account. Nonetheless, even when an account is disabled, we may retain certain information as required by law or for necessary business purposes.

On request, we will give you a copy of all the personal information about you that we hold. This information is subject to a fee not exceeding the prescribed fee permitted by law.

Wrap-up.

We will sometimes make changes to this policy. If we make material changes that adversely affect your rights under this policy, we will let you know by posting an announcement on the site or sending you an email prior to the changes coming into effect. Continuing to use TTT after a change to this policy means you accept the new policy. If you have any further questions or suggestions, please contact us.
